Most firms here build a team for a tender and let it go at handover. We keep ours. Staff are permanent, so the standard holds from one contract to the next and an engineer who joins sees more than one job through.
Four divisions means you are not stuck on one track. Engineers move between buildings and infrastructure. Operations managers move between site logistics and municipal services. The workshop supports both.
We hire engineers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, and site and operations staff on their record rather than their paperwork.
