We run municipal solid waste operations at tehsil scale: door-to-door collection, mechanical sweeping, containerised transfer and disposal, managed against daily performance reporting to the client department.
The division
How our waste management division works
Waste management is not a construction contract with bins. It is a daily operation that has to perform every morning, in every union council, and be evidenced to the client the same day.
Al-Meezan operates the full chain: sanitary workforce deployment and attendance, collection vehicle routing, mechanical sweeping and washing, containerised transfer, and disposal at designated sites. Operations are tracked against union-council-level targets and reported daily.
This division is where our construction discipline and our machinery ownership compound. We do not hire in the fleet that our service contracts depend on.
