The contract

Scope and approach

Outsourced solid waste management for Tehsil Bhawana is the largest single contract in the company's schedule.

Al-Meezan took over the tehsil complete with the available public resources, which is the harder version of this work. Existing vehicles, existing sanitary workforce and existing routes all had to be absorbed and brought up to contract standard rather than replaced with a fresh fleet.

Workforce attendance and vehicle movement are logged every day, never reconstructed at month end.
