Outsourcing of SWM Services (Along with Available Resources) For Tehsil Jhumra

Tehsil Jhumra runs the same model as Bhawana and was awarded alongside it. Together the two contracts put more than seven billion rupees of municipal service delivery under one contractor, which is a different kind of undertaking from a civil works package: there is no handover date to work towards, only a standard to hold every day for the length of the contract.

Holding two tehsils at once is only possible because the fleet and the workshop are ours. A service contract that depends on hired vehicles fails the first week a hire agreement lapses.
